Booked first lesson on 24th July 2017, this was then changed by the instructor due to someone booking their test. Re -booked lesson on 28th, instructor didn't show up and no contact from RED. Tried to contact instructor with no luck, contacted RED the next day to be told instructor had a family problem. Monies were eventually re-credited and we waited for local instructor to make contact. After a week we rang RED again at which point they re-booked for the 17th August (tomorrow). As this was unconfirmed by the instructor we contacted RED this afternoon only to be told that the instructor does not cover our area and that the lesson was cancelled.
To rub salt in to the wounds it will take 10 days to get our refund!
Would we recommend... No way!
