I have had 5 instructors within the space of 6 months all down to the instructors cancelling lessons repeatedly and sometimes at the last minute. When you take your annual leave to coincide with your lesson and that gets cancelled. It becomes a bit of a disgrace. Lets just say i've learnt my lesson and would not be using their instructors again.
On the other hand customer telephone service is good.
