Fantastic instructor!

Vienessa Hanif was my RED driving instructor, based in the Smethwick area of the West Midlands.
I came to her after a bad experience with a previous instructor from another company, which had left me feeling unenthusiastic about driving and doubting that I would ever be good enough to pass my test. From my first lesson with Vienessa, I felt much more positive and relaxed. After every lesson, I came away feeling like I had improved and was becoming a better driver. She was very encouraging and non-judgemental, answering all my questions and helping me to fix my mistakes, in a calm and patient manner. She also encouraged me to use RED’s ‘road brain trainer’ and complete modules on there to help with the theory side of driving, which I think definitely helped in cementing some of the aspects of driving and rules of the road in my mind. I passed my test within 3 months of my first lesson with Vienessa, with only 1 minor. I would 100% recommend her to anyone looking to start driving lessons in her catchment area, and to anyone who has been disheartened by a previous instructor, as she was very good at working on what I had already learnt, building on that to fill in all the gaps in my knowledge and skill set. I cannot thank her enough!
