He wasn't very helpful. I was with him for quite a long time then went to a different driving instructor and within 6 lessons I had learnt more off her and passed my test. He didn't teach me how to reverse into a parking space properly or anything.

We are sorry that you feel your instructor did not teach you to your required standard. All instructors do teach differently and all pupils do require a different style of teaching. We do have a number of instructors in each area and we would have been more than happy to arrange another instructor for you, that better suited your learning style.
