If you asked us 8 weeks ago we would recommend passngo to everyone who wanted to learn to drive, our son had a great experience afew years ago. However our daughter started to learn a little while ago was repeatedly dropped off early when I rang passngo on her behalf, I was told it wasn't anything to do with the office and I would have to sort with the driving instructor directly which made me wonder why passngo even exist, they couldn't offer any positive help to resolve the matter.

I rang and negotiated with the instructor who refunded outstanding lesson money and reimbursed for 45 minutes worth of lessons promptly, but it shouldn't have come to this, passngo could have done so much better.
