Like with every driving company, you have to find the right instructor. The one I had in Sheffield was a bit rough, but he made me pass with only 1 minor fault. He would never waste my time, he was always extremely punctual (more than me), and he did not keep me in the quite areas for more than a lesson. He was always straight to the point.
I did have a few lessons with an instructor from BSM in a different city and he was always late. He was 15 minutes late to my first lesson with him. Not a good impression, but his lessons were outstanding still.

Is the price high? Yeah, but I didn't manage to find anything cheaper that would be as good as BSM. Their cars are good and they have materials to help you study. You can also get taster hours if you just want to see what BSM has to offer.
