When I looked on the BSM website back in July they arranged for me an excellent driving instructor who helped me through the ups and downs of learning to drive.
I went from beginner to a very good driver within four months and was unlucky not to pass first time.
He was assuring and told me how I could improve and become even better.
My instructor was always on time and the lessons ran smoothly.
Everything was covered including all of the test manoeuvres and necessary driving skills needed to pass a test.
Thanks to him I was able to pass second time
However BSM didn't give me his contact details. It was after I told him about a month later that he gave them to me and was puzzled why I wasn't given them when BSM first spoked to me.
Apart from that I feel that it was an excellent service and would recommend BSM to a friend.
