I was told BSM was great, that they are very professional, this may be true but my experience so far with them is terrible, my instructor is a arrogant selfish so and so. he seems to take personal pleasure in making you feel small and stupid, he also seems to enjoy it when he is right and you are wrong. he says "he may not be nice but he gets results" surely he can be nice and also get results? I had already had 10 lessons in which I had done roundabouts, drove on the A1, junctions etc.. yet my instructor says I need to basically start again, purely because they want to milk you dry of money. Can't stress enough how much I hate my lessons. STAY AWAY FROM BSM
