My instructor was tip top - the theory was good in the classroom - all in all a good experience.

I'd advise taking 3-4 lessons prior to the course itself it really sets you up to get that confidence you need.

If you're training in Bristol look out for the ITV studios, don't go up and round the corner like I did on day one!
