When the movie was released, I didn't expect it to be good, not because of the actors, just because I don't like drama movies so much. But on the other hand, the movie promised a lot with Will Smith as a main character.
This movie tells the story of Ben Thomas who helps seven different people with seven different problems, through the movie you find out some things that will shock you and it lets you thinking how valuable and fragile life is.
Will Smith does an electrifying performance, he conveys his feelings to you, and the way he draws you into the character is amazing. There are many other characters who are important for the plot, but there's one who really stands out: Emily (Rosario Dawson)who has an important role in the movie as well.
The camerawork isn't so important for the plot, but in fact the director did a good job, the movie has some special effects that were well-made, specially in the final scene which is the best scene, the majority of the audience will burst into tears at the ending.
I really enjoyed the film, the way the atory is told is brilliant and it sends you a lot of good messages. I would recommed it without any doubt, even if you don't like touching movies. I think there's no movie like this, and it's worth the ticket in the cinema.
