Harassment years on!

They're digging through old paperwork and found our number, years on. Spoke to my elderly partner who 'admitted' we have wooden fascia boards and might consider having them replaced at ' some time in the future'. This has led to a claim that an appointment has been made, it hadn't (I heard the original conversation), then numerous witheld number calls in short succession, 15 today, followed by mobile number which I took, as a result of the message left by them previously. Typically on a Saturday we get no junk calls and the pattern today was a repeat of yesterday's. The 'customer care' adviser refused to accept what I was saying. We had no appointment and never will.
The windows previously fitted will need to be re-set, as the grouting wasn't done adequately, allowing in damp. Builder son-in-law confirms this.
This was the most bullying, unacceptable way of dealing with the public. Do not touch this company with a barge pole.Surprised they are trading. We'd heard they were out of business when we had doors replaced.
