Not happy with the aftermath or being Coned.

We looked after the chap who came to see us and trusted him to give us everything we wanted.
So after 2 hours we decided to have all our Ali. windows replaced with PVCU
windows, we have always saved and then paid cash for anything we have had done but Zenith did not want cash so we were talked into having a credit agreement with the promise that it would not cost a penny more than the price he gave us.
Well I signed all the papers and did not read them but took this mans word, that was a big mistake as when we got the paperwork the first thing to come out was a charge of £149 for A Document Fee, that was a form the man filled in for a charge for the Loan that we said we did not want but were promised that it would not cost us any more than what he said.
The letter came from the Bank so the same day I went to the said Bank and paid off the remaining said LOAN, but the bank still wanted there £149 so I phoned Zenith and after no end of calls was sent a Cheque for the £149.then we had a letter from Zenith saying they would take £90 on the 1st of May every year for a service agreement that I signed even though the windows are covered for 10 years, another thing we did not want and were not told about by the same man, needless to say after more phone calls that was also put down, so as we are both in our 80s you muat know that my wife felt quite ill and I suffer with Angina so this did not help me either.
SO the moral of my story is never trust any body who works on commission and read everything before you sign. GOOD LUCK
