we were pleased with the installation of our windows and considered having a new door, but changed our mind the day after signing the contract which we were within our right to do, but when we found that the deposit had been taken from our account we asked Zenith for this to be returned straight away but were told it could take up to 30 days. This inspite of the terms of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 which states refunds should be made within 14 days. We have written to Zenith, but have still not received a reply. If this is how they do business we will not be using their services again
