Awful customer service!!!!

We have had the salesmen in for the usual 3-4 hours that everyone has mentions , we were told we would get Everest quality windows for cr smith prices ! not sure what sales technique that is! they quoted us £18,000 for the whole house in light oak plus 2 doors, we didn't like the price but liked the product so bartered a bit to get a better deal the guy had to ' call his manager ' if we sign up today can get them done for 12,000 then 10,000 then finally 5,000! Which is awfull that they would take 18,000 from someone to do the job that they would accept 5,000 for! Promised us the world! The salesmen have no idea what they are actually talking about so when the surveyer came out to measure the price changed to 8.7,000 , we were having French doors put in which was discussed in the first meeting, then had a phone call to say the price was going up by £500 or we could get someone to cut the whole in the wall toile way for the doors, so we did this the night before the fitters were due to arrive, well the fitters didn't arrive the next morning I called to ask where they were and was told they had made a mistake and they couldn't come till the next week, a full 7 days with a wooden board to cover a whole In the wall, there was nothing they could do and were continually told they would call back but never did, finally turned up done the whole house and doors in 2 days, needless to say they rushed it and a number of things needed to be finished , called to get someone out this took them 4 weeks to send someone, this person didn't carry the things he needed, despite having a detailed list of things needing done! So we are still waiting on these parts coming into stock then will need to arrange another day for them to come and finish!
Moral of the story once you have signed the dotted line..... They don't care about any questions or issues you have, They will change the agreed price, and they will do an awful job! Please avoid weatherseal and look for a decent company!
