Just finished with the rep from weatherseal arrived early and stayed for an hour and half before he looked at the windows he said it would cost £9000 then he gave his speech of how much can you afford a month with their plan, said his lines this is what rubbish materials other companies offer and we are the best bla bla,he started measuring up which was a complete joke he took the tape measure and left a foot off at the end of the window, he went in the kitchen measured the window but not the door right next to it, went upstairs never even mentioned about a fire window at present we have aluminium frames so don't have a fire window. He started totting it up and realised he was a door short so he said where's the other door we said in the kitchen is the back door so he took his tape measure and started measuring the internal door frame from the lounge to the kitchen me and the other half just looked at each other. So we waited for his figure which was £19000 he said I know you can't afford that so with discount £13900 so we said no not at all he made numerous phone calls to his gaffer so after we kept saying no he rang again and his gaffer said we could have it for £4800 whatever we said no again so his reply was well if you don't want the discount he will give it to another customer so we said that's fine then he finally took the hint to get lost. Waste of my time as well as his. Do people like this think we are so stupid my hard earned money will not be going to this company and I would urge others not to waste their time listening to the rubbish they have drilled into the sales reps but he didn't have a clue how to measure a window what a numpty.
