I recently had Weatherseal install new windows in my house for me and the quality of the windows are really poor. There is no noise reduction and they look like cheap rubbish. People should know that Weatherseal are only a sales company. Job Worth Doing are the people who actually install your windows and a seperate company make them. When dealing with Weatherseal remember that, as you will only be speaking to salesperson whose company does not actually install or make your windows. I found the installation team from Job Worth Doing very rude and arrogant. They seem to have no customer service training and I wouldn't let them in my house again.
I read the reviews of Weatherseal before I went with them and the reviews were poor. However, I went with them because I thought there was no way a national company could be like that. I was sillly not to listen to the reviews and I truly wish I had gone with another company.
One of the biggest insults is that if I call them out to put anything right with the windows they charge you around £100 as a call out charge which you may or may not get back depending on if they decide to fix it.
Their salesman was very pushy and like all window companies gave me a huge price for how much the windows were and then phoned his manager and told me that I had to sign up on the night for the big discout. Pressure sales!
Please take my advice and avoid Weatherseal
