Had a Weatherseal salesman arrive and measured up for one door and double glazing. He gave me a quote and said i could buy now and pay outstanding balance anytime within 18 months with no iterest and if i didn't have the money i could then go on to a low interest four year plan. One week later i was given a letter from a finance company to say that my first monthly payment on a ten year plan would be taken in a fortnight and the interest is really high. I then contacted the finance company who sent me a copy of the agreement without my signature and when i read the breakdown of payments and interest i realised that i would not have agreed to this. They have fitted the wrong door with a broken pane of glass and there are several other minor repairs to be done. I have tried on several occasions to contact them and it is still ongoing.
A terrible company with no morals or idea of customer relations or satisfaction.
