I had my windows fitted in Dec after my husband signed the contract that would give us enough cashback to pay for the 1st 2 yrs, the salesman kept going on about how we had got a low interest rate and not to tell anyone! they then messed us about for the next 3 months saying we couldn't have the first contract as WE had cancelled it with the finance company which was a complete lie, the finance company sent us a letter in Dec to say everything had gone thru fine, he then signed another agreement to say we had to get the cashback from a different finance company, we were messed about again with daily calls to the office resulting in lies and delays, examples of which were "Your cheque will be there later this wk, or it will be sorted out by Monday!" then we were asked to sign another contract which was better than the first we would get to keep the cashback and just pay for the windows, which worked out much cheaper, then they delayed and messed about again, then last night the salesman came out again and told us we now had to go with the original finance company and it had gone up £60 a month cause of our credit rating!!! my husband refused to sign as it would add £6000 to the bill over the 10 yrs, the salesman said "My boss said if you don't sign it we will come and take our windows out!" so basically they are threatening us. We are not sure what to do but I think I might be visiting the Citizens advice bureau as we have been treated unfairly, I wouldnt recommend these scumbags to my worst enemy they are disgraceful, also we have had to put up with nearly daily calls offering us £500 off another product, I don't even answer the phone anymore.
