After bamboozling my 75 year old mother with all sorts of nonsense this company managed to sign her up for windows and a porch, she already had double glazing incidently. The cash price is £3k the finance price over 10 years-YES 10 years for a 75 year old is £22K.

The cooling off period had already gone and most of the fitting done before family could help. The paperwork was so complex even the legal team at my sisters credit control company could understand it let alone a vulnerable pensioner who is widowed and two men went round together whilst she was on her own.

This will probably make mum very poorley with all the stress. We are currently trying to take legal advice.
