“appalling after sales”

installation excellent.4 days from sales rep visit to installation. However after sales appalling. finance agreement included cash back sum. This took 4 months to arrive after numerous calls and e-mails. Installation was Oct 2011, was eventually advised in November cheque would be released on 5th Dec. and would take 30 days. On 2nd Jan I was advised 30 days wre 30 working days so cheque still not due. Fiannally arrived Feb 2012! Despite raising my concerns, no further response from company.
