“Amazing service”

From the sales chap on the telephone to the final fit, I was very impressed with this company. The windows are beautiful and the price was fair. ( I collected a few quotes before deciding on weatherseal ). They explained the whole process at length and were always available when I called to ask several questions between ordering and receiving my windows! A very smooth and enjoyable transaction!

I'm really pleased that you had a good experience and I'm sure other people have had that, too. Perhaps it depends on which area you live in but I would not even give them 1 star and wwould not have any satisfaction had it not been for Trading Standards contacting them (Open House).
