They sold windows to my mother who is 80 years old and lives in council accommodation. Even though I cancelled the windows within the 14 day cooling off period, 6 months later they still installed the windows and tried to demanded money from my mothers which was THEIR SCREWUP! I am in dispute with them at the moment so I warn all who deal with them to beware! If you cancel make sure you cancel the Direct Debit with you bank or they will try to force you to pay for their mistakes. And keep all correspondence because they will contest everything.
Don't touch them with a ten foot barge pole.
