I contacted walkers after seeing one of their vans working in my street.
the salesman called and gave me a quote and explained all I wanted to know.
the surveyor called took precise measurements and the went through the salesmans details to make sure what we thought we were getting was what we were getting. we had changed our minds on a few minor details and this was changed for us.
when the fitters arrived they were polite and dust sheeted the hallway and where they were working when they had finished they even got out the vacuum.
in this day of take the money and run businesses I was glad to see a family firm in action. I ve read a few of the reviews on here and can honestly say that the bad ones must be very bad luck.
