Overall a great experience. Fantastic service from my phone call enquiry right through to installation. Installers where prompt and polite and did a great job and did it all really quick too. Aftercare was explained really well. Also door comes with 3 keys which is a bonus.

We selected Value doors because of the excellent service we received.No pushy,lying salesmen.We looked on line at the fantastic selection of products, then a very competent fitter called to measure up and confirm the cost of the door and side panel. We did consider another well known company, the salesman told us various stories about their doors. We accepted value doors quote which was around £600.00 less than the other well known company.A date was set to fit the new door,the fitter arrived as agreed. We are really pleased with the new door. Value doors even sourced glass door panels which we preferred. We will definitely use value doors again.

Fitters were very good. Doors were fitted quickly and no mess. Had a few estimates for doors and these were by far the best and cheapest. I would recommend Value Doors to anyone who are thinking of replacement doors. Excellent product and fitters.

We had a new extra front door fitted in our entrance way, which is a difficult shape to fit a door into, as it has an arched top and halfway up the brick it turns into pebble dash walls, this door was an addition to our actual front door, it is there to stop the weather getting into the porch. The fitter was very professional and the door looks great, the price was well below any other quote that we had and has exceeded our expectations.

That's how this excellent organisation works. It took around 3/4 weeks from start to completion. The door was fitted by a polite and experienced engineer. The quote was quick, simple, all inclusive and didn’t rise by £2000 if I didn’t sign up there and then. It's not often one considers front doors but we found ourselves admiring our new one. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Value Doors to our friends and anyone who might visit this website. Installer arrived on time and got stuck straight into the job. Friendly approachable fitter with ourstanding fitting skills. Door took 3 hours to fit give or take as was advised. Superb end product which left me totally impressed with the whole service. Rest assured that you can rely on this company to do a hassle free non pushy approach to having your ideal door fitted.

The composite door is of good quality and fitted very well. I had shopped around and I found Value Doors via google. It was the cheaper option. I really liked the way that the website explained in full the cost of each item so I know how much I was going to spend even before the fitter come to measure up. I was expecting a poppy red door but it was a rust red when it arrived but I now know that this is the better colour as it fits in with the surroundings. Be careful as other suppliers do seem to have more options in colours but for £450 cheaper, I felt that this was better value for less choice. The fitter turned up on time when agreed. He was polite and very good. It was not the most straight forward job for him as I had a side panel made of single skinned brick and glass at the top of the brick with the door beside it. He took all the rubbish away and no one would know he had been there. And I was still only charged what was advertised on the website. Be sure you are sure of all the accessories you want when ordering. I ordered a door where I would never lock myself out but found I had to lock the door inside with my key. I realised this later on after the fitter had gone but I phoned him up and he will be able to sort this out and make changes to ensure I don't need a key to lock it from inside. Door is of good quality - very pleased. I will say that they have a good support team in the head office who will assist if out of hours and the fitter is not available.
