They then came and did the site survey, took the order, fitted the door, absolutely delighted with the whole experience. Installation took a little longer than anticipated because of an unforeseeable house structure problem but they he at it patiently and skilfully to produce an excellent result, with care also paid to the various trims on the door surrounds. Ihad big problems with my old door couldn't lock it and took ages to shut it properly,1 phone call to value doors and within a couple of hour they sent workman outto me after great diffaculty he managed to lock the door,he told me not to use it except in an emergency.He ordered me a new door and when it was ready came fitted it,left no mess at all,was more than worth the 2 cups of tea I made him,would recommend this company to anyone and would not hesitate to use again if the need... Very pleased with our front door fitted by Rob in Cambridgeshire. He came and measured up for the door we had already chosen online.The price of all the doors were shown online which was one of the main reasons we used the company plus the excellant reviews. I found the whole process, from choosing, to ordering and fitting easy and painless. The fitter arranged a date and he turned up and did a fantastic job. I have an old house so nothing is ever at the correct angle. The fitter took a few hours to ensure the door was a good fit. He cleaned and hoovered up after himself and I wouldn't have known he had been there....apart from I now have a fantastic new door. Guy (from Value Doors Birmingham) was simply brilliant throughout the process, from selecting a new door to the amazing job of fitting it to a house which doesn't have the straight lines of a more modern dwelling. When it comes to "doors" and "value" I would recommend Value Doors in one breath. I was quoted over £1000 by a very well known glazing company for one door only!!! Value doors contacted me following my initial request and arranged for one of their experienced local fitters to quote and measure the door. The quote was within our budget. I was very impressed with his knowledge and diligence. The fitted door I am very pleased to say looks great. The fitter completed a very neat and clean job. No mess was left behind to clear up. I would highly recommend Value Doors for their price, quality product and excellent service. Well done.
