Leaking Roof on Orangery

Initially we were very pleased with our Orangery but then the roof started to leak. Stormseal have made 6 attempts to fix this. Never once have they had the decency to call to see if the issue has been resolved. It has not, it leaks more and more. Stormseal sub-contracted the roof work and clearly from inspections carried out by reputable roofing firms, the contractor had no idea how to install Firestone Roofing correctly.

I visited the Darlaston Office before they made the sixth attempt and spoke to the manager, I explained that this would be their final effort to fix the issue before we took legal action to have the roof installed correctly. Sixth attempt made, roof still leaking... Still no follow up call from Stormseal. Customer Service is non existent!!

While construction was under way, the manager could pop over to pick up stage payments, but now there is an issue he's never even phoned never mind visited.

I could not recommend Stormseal as they have no concept of customer service at all, once they have your money that's it...

We are currently getting quotes from reputable roofing firms and builders to replace the roof covering and repair the damage to the inside of the Orangery before starting legal proceedings to recover the costs from Stormseal.
