“Bad Bad Bad Company”

★☆☆☆☆

written by Saral436 on 25/08/2015

I took a job as a rep for this company, i was desperate and out of work. The first day i worked was a bank holiday and i was sat in a "training room" for the first 2 hours, the guy that ran the branch did the sales pitch on myself and 2 others. It sounded like the usual, we are the best in the world and the competition are rubbish etc etc..
Then another guy took over and "taught" us how to price jobs etc and in a short time he would teach us a "few naughty things" to increase the price of the job and how to win jobs
I went on 2 calls with another salesman.. That was enough!! The first call he quoted £3k for a kitchen window!!! I'm in the trade so i know how much these jobs cost from a decent window fitter.. The old man didn't want us there but the sales guy kept pushing and pushing, at one point he even said I would give him a lift to a cash point to collect the deposit!!
The second call was to a little old lady who had been hounded by the call centre and only agreed to the sit as a way to stop them calling.. I was nearly in tears after the call, thankfully we did not get a sale and i dropped the sales guy off at the office and told them that it's not for me. I want to be able to sleep at night and i would rather be out of work than do that.

These people have no morals, no scruples or honesty. They will take people, and preferably the elderly for everything and anything they can

If you or your family receive a call from them, just report the number as harrasment!!!
