Good job, well done

I wanted to say how good your fitter was, absolutely bearing out the impression of professionalism and quality we got from you at the sales meetings – due to various difficulties at our end the dimensions of the window apertures were not as accurate as we would have liked them to be. In addition, numbers on the window packaging did not always seem to match the numbers on the surveyor’s plan causing some confusion. The fitter was unphazed, calm, confident, competent, steady and cheerful despite the confusion and some terrible weather. An installation like this, 27 windows and each one different, is likely to throw up some problems along the way. How well the whole project goes is more down to the quality and professionalism of the personnel on the job and their ability to solve problems as they arise, than anything else. We were delighted with Softview in this respect, and equally delighted with the windows. Thanks guys.
