I have recently placed another order with Smiths after already having houses done by in the pasted. I am disgusted with the after sales service I have received this time around and with the attitude of certain members of staff at Smiths. Previously I have been very happy with the service and the site teams have always been very pleasant and helpful it's a shame the office staff can't learn a thing or two from these guys.
