“Great product & fitters, but intimidating, management!”

Paid deposit 23rd Oct 2015.
4th Nov 2015 surveyor did measurements for all 6 windows to be fitted.
19th Nov 8am -9am arrived at property for installment, but was cancelled as windows not ready.
8th Dec 8am windows to be fitted, was cancelled as windows were completely wrong. We ordered white on inside but the fitter noticed they were brown, so once again cancelled appointment.
11th Dec windows were eventually fitted, well 5 were fitted perfectly but NOT the bathroom windows as the window was the wrong size, out by 300 ml/30cm. So the fitter boarded up the bathroom window as best He could and styrofoamed the potential gaps.
Was asked for a part payment and according to the terms and conditions of the blue form it states payment upon completion, so naturally I said no.
Obviously expressed this needed priorty as it presented a health and safety issue as the occupants are a mother and child.Initially ignored and informed this could not be rectified until the New Year, oh wow!
However, 18th Dec the last window was eventually fitted, but again a fault as it had not trickle vent, so needed to be re-ordered.
Had a very rude intimidating phone call stating that we get back to the property as apparently the fitter can make a trickle vent in this window. The fitter did not suggest this as it would need to go back to the factory to install.
However the Installation Manager threatened that we immediately return to the property, otherwise He would take us to Court and instruct a Dept Agency to action against us. Why? It really upset my Other half and made Me gasp for air,We were both trembling and made Me feel quite sick. We are both over 70 and not a very helpful threat to make, So very scary and intimidating. Why should we pay for their errors and incompetence. Final last straw was when the fitter was putting in the trickle vent of the last window, He stood on the toilet seat and broke it, so we had to buy a replacement seat. So experience was extremely stressful.
Now that the completion was effected we paid the balance, as per the terms of the contract. We still have not received a completion in voice as at 11th Jan 2016. Still suppose we can whistle for that!
All in all not the best experience.
PLEASE BE AWARE for future customers.
