Had a front door and two side panels fitted. Work was ok apart from the fitter had the wrong coloured weatherstrips on the van. Since then despite repeated phone calls and a visit to the showroom smiths point blank refuse to contact us. Scared to death in case something were to go wrong in two years time. Can't believe such poor customer care in this day and age!

you wont get through as they are all cold calling people who have asked to come off their database for many years, if you did everything properly you wouldnt have to be on here batting away negative comments.
