Safestyle Windows fitted in October 2017

Whilst I never recommend any company to friends or family, as I believe it is important for everyone to make choices based on their own investigations, I am extremely happy with the two upstairs windows recently fitted by Safestyle. I was a repeat customer, but was pleased that the whole process was explained to me. The sales person spent time explaining hinges that would allow us to open the window fully to use as an emergency escape, if required, together with the ability to lock partially opened windows to allow ventilation, without risking our security. The installers were on time, polite, helpful and clearly knew what they were doing. Whilst I had not tested the locks myself prior to their departure and found one difficult to operate, the installers returned my call to the company within one hour and offered to return the same afternoon to resolve the matter. I could not have asked for a better outcome.
