“PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!! ”

Where do I start! Rude on the phone and rude in person.

First of all they refused to even come to give me a quote unless my wife was here. Obviously so they can try and pressure us into buying.

When they did arrive (Late) the guy was rude, pushy and had an awful smell to him. He wanted to know what we both did for work and how much money we had in the bank??? Presumably so he could Work out how much commission he could earn out of us!

As you can imagine by this point we were both extreme annoyed. We asked him to leave at which point he became very abusive and started swearing saying we had wasted his time and obviously we're not going to buy anything.

He slammed the door, got in his car and done a wheel spin as he drove away!

We phoned his office to complain immediately and there response was "well maybe you should not have let him in"
This from the people who sent him to us?

Please, please, please do not touch this company nothing but Rude, Lying!

I'm sorry to read your review of a bad experience with one of our representatives. A negative image is not something that we want to display and abusive behaviour is certainly not something we condone.

I'll start by addressing the issue about having your wife present. We feel that whenever possible it is beneficial to have all interested parties present when Sales Representatives are visiting properties.

The request means that all those who have a bearing on a decision to place an order would be present for the representative’s visit. Naturally Safestyle UK will endeavour to be as competitive as possible with our quote on a first visit with a view to hopefully taking an order. That said, a customer should never feel under any obligation to place an order where that is not their wish.

We also find that as replacement windows and doors are not frequent purchases, people appreciate being given information about the industry, its regulations and how it could affect their choices as well as it allowing them to make an informed decision.

Whether that wins us their business or not we feel it our duty as a professional company to provide this information. In addition if we visit only one party, the other party may well have a number of questions that may have not been raised or answered at the initial visit. Equally there may be differing opinions on choices and options available.

We therefore feel we can provide a far better service with this method.

Nevertheless, if you advise that only you need to be available for the appointment, the person you are speaking with should make arrangements with you, and they should certainly have explained the policy a lot better than they did, we apologise for this.

With regards to the questions about finances, the sales team usually ask these questions to ascertain if the product will be sold through a finance package or if you're paying outright.

We would like to investigate this further so we can take action with regards to this instance, would if be possible to provide us with your details on the customer care section of our website (top right link and look for contact us) so we can take a look into the specifics?
Regards
Jonny
