Better than I imagined!

As a woman living alone in a new house, I was very apprehensive about obtaining quotations and having double glazing doors and windows fitted.

Safestyle were the first company I came across on a search engine and as a well known company (I have heard the radio ads!), I decided to make contact for a quote.

Within minutes of my online enquiry, I was contacted to arrange for a visit that same week. The rep arrived and was extremely informative and helpful with deciding on the best style etc. to have. He gave me a very educational talk through the company and the products available. I didn't feel any pressure to sign any contracts but decided to sign with the option to cancel within 7 days if I changed my mind and a date was arranged for fitting.

I had organised for a couple of other companies to visit to provide quotes also but, following Safestyle's visit, found them not to be as professional or informative or the price as competitive.

I was later contacted by Safestyle to ask if I would like an earlier fitting date to that originally arranged, to which I said yes!

The fitters arrived on time on the fitting date and just got on with the job, covering all carpets and furniture to avoid any damage and were finished and cleaned up in just under 4 hours.

I couldn't believe how quick and effective the guys worked and how fantastic the doors and windows looked.

I was extremely happy with the result and feel very proud of my house as it looks amazing now.

The whole experience from start to finish was only 3 weeks and Safestyle's customer service was second to none.
