PINNACLE RAMSGATE. NEW DRIVE SEPT 2015

Drive looks fine though contract was subbed out and nothing said during presentation.

After completion no payment or guarantee form received. Pavement left in bit of mess & road gouged.

Four phone calls + two letters to MD, received invoice, told guarantee forms would be proofed and printed then I would get would get one. Nothing said about exterior. No reply from MD after 2 weeks.

Wish I had read this review before asking them to install a patio ,order placed
July 2019 arranged to be carried out midOctober .Still not started in Feb 2020.Cancelled contract asked for return of deposit £900,confirmed after calls they would return deposit.
Now after 4 weeks plus letters and e- mails phone calls ,visits to their office,which was locked up,still waiting .Now contemplating Court action.
