Appalling customer service

Friendly salesman arrived at my door stating from Penikuik Windows Google reputable company I thought .Definately not after being bombarded with sales talk prices I settled for windows which I thought came to the total of £5300 Being a single parent as he knew this sounded perfect well within my budget Oh an I was getting some sort of promotional discount as well .
In the end After telling him I had to pick up my daughter I felt to get rid of him I ended up signing up for these windows .

Now I be had the chance to look over paperwork my cost for these windows is £11400 at no point was a final cost mentioned 120 x £97 per month he covered this well Apr19'9% , on top of this I have been charge £149 for paperwork Which I Definately didn t know I thought it was my direct debit form .

Complained to there customer service team useless got told my signature is on the paperwork the fee still stands , also their cancellation fee is 7 days from the day of signing not much time . There will be no refund matter closed end of matter they tol me .



oh and also the email came into my spam folder how handy don t check regularly .

Do not entertain them .
