was told work would take 2 days it took 3. took over an hour per day to tidy up after fitters. took 6 weeks for plasterer to arrive and he only did half the job after another 3 weeks the plastering and small bits of roughcasting were finished.
outside of window frames are scratched and we just noticed that out of the 8 windows only 2 have been fitted with finishing strips
customer care a joke as is after sales service as of now waiting to see what they are willing? to do haha as they said that would take a lot to fix avoid the pain and use someone else
