8 months & still waiting for them to be finished

I got Penicuik in to fit our windows, big friendly salesman and window fitters but full of false promises!!! Windows weren't completed on the day but the engineer promised parts where on order and he'd be back the next week, stupid me signed the satisfactory form without having a great look at the windows, overlooked the windows and its a shoddy finish. Spoke to the boss and since the woman above me was getting her windows fitted they asked if I could wait til then and there'd repair the faults then, fair to say they never!! The boss that was on site that day came in checked the windows and agreed that the work was of poor quality and he'd get someone out the next week, it has now been eight weeks since he was here and after countless phone calls the windows are still in the same state.
The quality of the windows are great just the workmanship isn't, customer service is a joke and the whole service is a waste of time!! PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
