We bought a house with a Penicuik conservatory. The doors have dropped so we need repairs. I phoned the company - the receptionists on both the general desk and on customer service were brusque. Customer Service - a reserved term - advised me that as this conservatory is out of warranty and was built by 'the original company which went in to receivership in 2006' they would not be coming out. End of conversation. No apology or advice on alternative action. Y'all know what they were actually saying! I give them one star because they answered the phone - eventually. The conservatory itself is otherwise fine - but we can't lock up.
