I first had dealings with Orion when they put in my double glazed sliding sash windows. They were really helpful in helping me to choose the right windows which were in keeping with the style of my house and even the correct coloured sealant (detail matters) giving me options to choose from - putting me in the decision driving seat - I hate being dictated to and it was a 2-way consultation/decision process. What a change...no pressure selling! When it came to me wanting a new back door they were my first port of call because they had already proven themselves trustworthy in product, price and service. When it's that good, why go anywhere else?! They did what they said they would do, in the timescale they said it would take at the price they said it would be - nothing hidden - now how often can you say that these days?
