Highly efficient service

I have had the windows and doors to the rear of my property plus a conservatory replaced.
From my initial contact with Opus the whole experience has been a pleasurable one:-
During the phase of understanding my requirements they were happy to quote for differing scenarios, made practical and helpful suggestions to assist me in making the decision that was best for me. At my request they willingly made a return visit to go over certain aspects again. At no time at all was there any pressure to "seal the deal".
During the survey further helpful advice was given in order to fine tune the final appearance (ie window sizes and position to best balance the design)) of the finished job.
Their own permanent highly skilled staff carried out the final fit - this was completed most efficiently, cleanly and to the highest Quality.
Overall I am extremely satisfied with mu purchase both in cost (No hidden extras) and the finished job
