Nice product and good fitters. Let down by extremely aggressive and poor customer service. Despite spending several thousands of ££ no follow up to see if I was satisfied and not even the courtesy of allowing me a week to see if it withstood wind and rain. On the 'phone after 2 days post fitting, aggressively demanding balance, despite having paid a considerable sum on placing order. Will not get repeat business from me. Don't recommend.

Firstly we are sorry you feel let down by our customer service. The terms of the contract are that payment is made at point of completion unless otherwise agreed. Being no other agreement was made, one of our team would be in touch to find out how you were making that payment.
We cover our work with a fully comprehensive guarantee so, if anything was not quite right, we would happily return to resolve it - irrespective of payment being made.
We are glad to hear that you are happy with the product and the installers.
