Check your windows carefully that the correct glass has been used and that the frame is reinforced as promised by the salesman. The fitting is poor quality and the making good is terrible. Do not pay by cash to the salesman and always ask for a receipt as they keep no records. Remenmber this is a family business run by family members and friends, and any disputes or complaints wil not be taken seriously. Yes the quotes are cheap that is because the service and quality is cheap. Windows will begin to cause problems and malfunction in short period of time.Be creful and pay that little extra and do not be another victim of this very poorly run show. The salesman will make a lot of untrue and false promises. Once you have parted with your deposit they will treat you just like the hundreds of other customers. It is only a matter of time before they are reported to watchdog or similar consumer authority for poor and dishonest service. So please be careful if you still decide to go ahead.

I totally agree with what you say. We had the same problem like you. Asking them to me back is impossible. The guarantee is worthless. They require us to pay £50 before they will turn up even though it is under guarantee. The people told me on the phone that even though you have a guarantee not all is included.
They also come very late for appointment.
