Appalling service unless it is a sales call they do not really want to know. Unless you complain you do not get a appointment and then it will be for about three weeks ahead.
however you will be luck if their engineer or representative turns up. So be prepared to waste half you day or all of it.

Contact the ceo, his PA will reply to your email & things do seem to get sorted out I hope this helps as I'm still trying to get my mothers appalling installation sorted out with baby steps one window at a time seems is all they can manage. They are definitely not THE BEST & I think they should be banned from using that in all advertising

Thank you for your advise I was going to do just that.
I also agree with you regarding them being the best; it is false. I have seen an installation being done by a local family firm and the attention to detail and the way they worked was superb. Next time do your research and use the best local firm.
