You get what you pay for,initially it looks expensive until you compare the quality of the product against the competition. It is in a different league and superior efficiency.
The initial planning by the rep. and surveyer ensure you get exactly what you want and make helpful suggestions to enhance the package.
The actual fitting hastle free done by highly experienced fitters.
Money well spent.

I disagree with this statement completely. The Windows I ordered and agreed with the rep was nothing like what I ordered and I have had to pay another company to move what was potentially hazardous windows from first floor apatures to ground floor as when the Windows are openned their shear weight is capable of pulling a small child out of the window and for safety reasons they should never have been fitted above ground level and were nothing like what I actually ordered. If you need Windows you are better off using a local company or doing it yourself as Everest is no longer the company it was and is now the worst interested only in you signing loan agreements that benefit them.

Hi. I would strongly advise to report the faults to trading standards, FENSA, BSI and the GGF which are the industry bodies that Everest are associated with and are supposed to adhere to their standards.

Just to let you know, I have taken legal advice as I have had problems with the installation carried out by Everest. As I funded part of the £15.5k cost by Barclay's partner finance at high interest rates, I am also going to seek compensation from them as the goods and service supplied is not fit for purpose and has had to be redone.
