Evervest a really bad choice

My friend had recently experienced some very bad service provided by Everest. As she is quite old I would consider her very vulnerable and for her to take this on is quite a lot for her. She had their windows installed and even I struggle to open them. They were installed all over her house and the work lasted for about 4 weeks. She has contacted Everest various amounts of times and they have came to the house to review the windows and say that they were fine. They also were VERY expensive but she wanted good quality but ended up with poor windows and service. Personally, I think Everest should take into account what kind of service they are providing and how they deal with mess that they have made. I would of liked to research Everest in more detail before my friend made her purchase and I am very disappointed with their service and think that they need to clean up their act before trying to provide any service to do with vulnerable people considering how they are going to deal with the mess that Everest have made.
