ALSO WIASHED I HAS SEEN THIS SITE BEFORE FROM EVEREST - Ordered 4 windows from Everest 3 front have "silent glass" and other has triple glazing .
Vary hard to differentiate either to the much cheaper windows that they replaced .
One window was supplied with silent glass BUT triple glazing beading ie it wont hold the glass in , not without it being wedged - declined and asked for a refit
Triple glazing unit cracked as the fitter was installing beading , Will require a new one ORDEREED ...
Don't know when that will be .
Fitters reasonable attitude , but NOT helpful with problems AND untidy and dirty - Ground covers used were dirtier than my porch - almost as dirty as the garden
