Very pleased with my bifold doors

I recently purchased some aluminium bifold doors and a single aluminium door in the same style from Everest, for my new kitchen extension. The surveyor was prompt and knowledgeable and liaised directly with my builders on the sizes and took me through all the paperwork so I had clarity. There was a slight hiccup with pricing after the surveyor visit but this was resolved quickly and easily and the original price stood. I was also able to make a late change to the configuration and the surveyor came back out to see me just to sign everything off and make sure it was all OK.

I was very impressed with the lead time of the doors, as manufacture took just 4 weeks, including over Christmas. The installer was a character, but really knew his stuff and had fitted the doors in no time, again liaising directly with my builder on how best to fit them. I was also regularly called by the installation manager during the day to make sure I was happy with everything and to discuss how to deal with a couple of minor installation snags.

As for the product itself, the quality is absolutely brilliant and the mechanisms work so smoothly. My wife and I are delighted with the end result and I'd recommend the whole Everest service.
