Not worth the time, trouble or money buying from Everest

We wanted replacement doors and windows to last a long time so thought we'd go to a reputable company as Everest are supposed to be. We had them done in March 2012 and paid more than other companies quoted but went on reputation - We wish we had gone for a "cheaper" option instead!

I have a blood condition that makes me cold even in summer so effective double glazing was paramount for my health. We live on quite a busy road and have to keep checking if the windows are closed because they keep absolutely no noise out whatsoever. The front door is warped and the rain and wind comes in so much that the wall has gone black with mould and damp.

Despite Everest sending out the fitter and telling us that it needed replacing in May 2013, they still haven't replaced it and we face another winter of cold and draughts because I doubt that they'll get round to doing it this year either!

Anyone considering replacement double glazing would to well to avoid this company if you want a stress free job.
