Horrific never use this company

This company are horrific. An order placed at nearly £30,000. The fitters were rude used foul disgraceful language, threatened to break fitted bedroom furniture by standing on it and highlighted it was "totally not their responsibility". So called Timber windows were installed, mismatched handled and screw caps, which were immediately rectified.Literally two months in the bars (which are taped on with double sided tape) are all off and consequently bending the bars upwards. Next I find cracking to the soldier course of the property and it seems Everest have installed the windows and failed to observe the absence of a lintel which now means structural issues. Their representatives visited in the summer and continue to fudge negotiations asking for more time when in fact they have caused serious structural damage to the property and the so called timber windows look cheap and resemble plastic. The sills are rough and poorly painted and the black seal is protruding on all windows. This has been the worst company I have ever dealt with and full legal action will now follow.
